At Adrenalin Snorkel and Dive, we believe the Great Barrier Reef should be accessible to everyone — regardless of age, ability, or background. We’re committed to creating inclusive, meaningful marine experiences where every guest feels safe, supported, and welcome.

Mobility & Boarding Support
  • Assistance for guests with limited mobility during boarding and disembarking.
  • Support for guests using manual wheelchairs or walkers, including help onto the vessel (motorised wheelchairs not currently accommodated).
  • Crew assistance for guests who can step or be supported onto the boat.
  • Single-level deck on board for ease of movement with mobility aids.
Comfort & Onboard Accessibility
  • Shaded deck areas, and stable seating for comfort.
  • Toilet facilities with support rails.
  • Space for mobility aids and prams.
In-Water Support
  • Flotation aids, pool noodles and life vests available.
  • Guided snorkelling for guests preferring extra support available.
  • Drop-down ladders with secure handrails for easier water access.
Communication & Sensory Inclusion
  • Calm, clear briefings and personal assistance available.
  • Patience and flexibility for guests with sensory or cognitive needs.
Carers & Companion Support
  • 10% Carer discounts available — please enquire when booking.
Assistance Animals
  • Registered assistance dogs welcome onboard our larger vessel Endorphin (space permitting).
